Watch Out—Product Review of Armitron and Johnny Wujek’s Watch Collection

Armitron, a popular watch brand, has teamed up with celebrity stylist and Emmy Award-winning costume designer, Johnny Wujek, for an exclusive watch collection. The Armitron Loves Johnny collaboration showcases Wujek's dynamic personality through vibrant color sets and intricate watch designs that illuminate his personal style.

With 12 watch styles available, the collection is a personality-based style statement. With names like Aura, Lunar, Trilogy, and Flashback, Wujek’s collection feels geared toward the young and fashionable. With a mix of analog and digital watches, each piece features dynamic color combinations and finishes, ranging from $85 to $150.

 The watches arrive in custom seafoam green and purple boxes, inspired by Johnny's watercolor designs. Each watch has an engraving of the collaboration name and the phrase “Watch Out” engraved in the middle of a crab. 

One drawback of the collection is that the watches are not easily adjustable. To make adjustments, the owner of the watch would need to take the watch to a professional watchmaker and pay for the service. While this is a common practice among many watch companies, it can be inconvenient for some customers and could alienate some users.
